And I have. One of the people I met along the way publishes a really cool quarterly literary and art journal. His name is Derek and he wears awesome glasses and his dogs are small and cute. And his wife is the kind of attractive person you can’t hate for being so beautiful because she also happens to be very caring and smart. But I am probably not writing this post to tell you all about Derek.
He asked me to contribute a story for the latest issue of Fray. The topic is “Geek: True Stories of People Taking Things Too Seriously” and just in time for the Holidays the issue is ready to be purchased. It is being sold at Barnes and Noble or you can go to the site and become a subscriber. Supporting the arts is in fashion right now. Geeks know these things.

Hi Maggie. I wasn’t trying to date Derek, so I think it is more than fine that he is married. I like that I get to meet all sorts of interesting people who work in the arts as a result of working on this show.
