The thought of not being protected if i missed taking a pill every day scared the crap out of me. I have tryed the patch but found it wasnt for me. (in other words i didnt want a big white square on my ass when i went tanning) I have been using the Nuva ring and i LOVE IT! I only have to remember once a month to do something. If i want to delay having my period for a few days i can just by leaving it in, and some times durring sex it will slip over my boyfriends penis and it will "get really really good" for him. I have in the past when i was taking a break from Birth control had "accidents" were we forgot to use a condom and in those situations i have used the morning after pill. Although i was a part of the very small percentage where it was un effective and ended up getting pregnant. Thankfully i live in Canada where abortions are legal and available along with a lot of information and counseling and support. I was never a pill user.
